All products leave our warehouse in sealed/factory condition. In the rare case that you should discover factory-defective merchandise upon opening the sealed product, FamilyGamesMania.com will work directly with the manufacturer to insure satisfactory replacement at no extra cost to you.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail. We ship anywhere in continental USA.
All orders are guaranteed to ship between 1-4 business days following receipt of payment.

Do you accept returns?
FamilyGamesMania.com accepts returns up to 14 days after date of shipping.
Please note the following return conditions:
- Manufacturer defect - FamilyGamesMania.com or the manufacturer will arrange replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, FamilyGamesMania.com will pay for all return shipping.
- Shipping damage - FamilyGamesMania.com will replace damaged items at NO additional shipping or handling costs.
